How do I get Product Information and details?

Just by clicking on the pictures of the various jewelry products, you will find additional information about the intricate details, and the various materials used to create the Samantha Rose jewelry products and their corresponding size measurements.

How do I create my own account?

To create your own Samantha Rose account and to make future purchases easier and faster, please go to 'Create new account' from the ‘Sign In’ link on the Main Page and enter the required information.

You can close your account at any time, by simply clicking on the ‘Sign Out' button in your account.

All information collected in your account is considered a protected property of Samantha Rose Designs, Inc. No customer information is sold, shared, rented, or transmitted in any way to parties outside of the organization.

The customer understands that Samantha Rose Designs, Inc. does collect personal information when an account is created. This information includes:

  •  customer shipping and billing address
  •  customer telephone number
  •  customer e-mail address

You will not receive any promotional material unless you have signed up to receive our newsletter. No credit card information will be stored or collected by Samantha Rose Designs, Inc.

What are my payment options?

We accept payments via PAYPAL, and via GOOGLE check out, as well as most credit cards such as MasterCard, Visa, and American Express.

Unfortunately at this time, we are unable to process payments via personal check or debit cards.

Do I have to pay for sales tax?

If you reside in the State of Texas, your purchase(s) will be taxed at the current tax rate of 8.25%. Our system automatically calculates this based on your billing address information. Samantha Rose Designs, Inc. has decided to absorb the sales taxes currently levied upon Texas residents. Right, now, all purchases made on our website are not charged any sales tax.

How do I check out?

There are three easy ways to checkout at www.samrose.com.

If you are already a registered customer, just log in to your Samantha Rose account and follow the prompts/procedures. You can continue shopping from this point.

If you are a new customer, you can either create your own new Samantha Rose account at www.samrose.com. Follow the prompts to establishing your new account and continue shopping, or proceed to check out if you already have our product(s) in your shopping bag.

Or just simply follow the prompts to checkout and purchase the product(s).

Either way we appreciate your visit to our website and are looking forward to receiving orders from you!

Can I cancel my order?

Cancellation of orders can only be accepted before 3pm (CST) and only on the day the order is placed.

To cancel your order(s), please send an email to service@samantharose.us with your order number and type “Order Cancellation” in the subject line. We will send you a confirmation email of your order cancellation as soon as we receive the said email.

We cannot accept and process cancellations on orders that have been already shipped out.

I received the product. Why does it look different from the product viewed on the website?

Our products are catalogued and photographed in a manner that shows off the luster of the pearls, the brilliance of the choice crystals, and the intricate gold and silver details. Products may not always be exactly as pictured; colors may vary slightly.

Rest assured that the products you view are the exact same quality products that Samantha Rose Designs, Inc. is known for.

What is a Send-A-Friend Button?

You may want to refer a friend to view one of our jewelry pieces on our website by utilizing the 'Send-A-Friend' button located on each individual product page. Samantha Rose Designs, Inc. will request for your friend’s e-mail address solely for this purpose and will send a one-time only email to the recipient. No information will be stored or used for any other purposes.

How is the product delivered?

Our products may be shipped by USPS, Fedex or UPS. You can choose between the STANDARD SHIPPING and the EXPRESS SHIPPING METHOD.

Standard shipping is free and your order(s) will arrive within 5 to 9 business days depending on your shipping destination.

Express Shipping is $ 19.50 per shipment and your order(s) will arrive within 2 business days.

Please note that the risk of loss and title for all items purchased by you and shipped by Samantha Rose Designs, Inc. passes to you, once Samantha Rose Designs, Inc. delivers said items to the designated carrier for shipment.

Note that during major holidays, orders may be delayed due to increased shipping volumes.  To be safe, we encourage you to place your orders early.  If you have urgent shipping needs, please consider using our expedited shippping service.  Please allow for an additional 1 - 2 business days for all shipping methods.

**For the Month of December**

**To ensure delivery or receipt of your order on or before Christmas Day, using our FREE standard shipping option, orders should be placed and received by us no later than December 10th.

You can still receive FREE standard shipping after December 10th, however, we cannot guarantee that your order will arrive on time for Christmas Day. 

Orders placed after December 10th, can avail of our Express Shipping option ($ 19.50) to ensure delivery or receipt on or before Christmas Day.  The lasty day to place an order using our Express Shipping Option is on or before December 20th.

Is it possible to send the jewelry to another address other than the billing address?

Yes, you have the opportunity to send the jewelry directly to an address other than your billing address. During the checkout process you will be asked to provide us with the billing and shipping address and we will handle the shipment upon your request.

At this time, we are unable to ship an order to multiple destinations. However, you may enter multiple separate order transactions with each transaction going to a different shipping address. Rest assured, we are currently working on improving this feature.

Do you ship outside the US?

At the moment, we can only ship within the United States.

How can I check my orders status?

After you place an order you will receive an email with an order number. Please always refer to this order number when communicating with Samantha Rose Designs, Inc.

You will also receive a shipment confirmation email when we have shipped the product(s) to the designated shipping address regardless of shipping method chosen.

If you have chosen EXPRESS SHIPMENT as your shipping method, you can follow your shipment with the tracking code, which we will provide to you on your shipment confirmation email.

What happens if the product is damaged during shipment?

If you receive a product(s) that has been damaged during shipment, please send the product(s) back to us immediately with the RETURN FORM (see Return Policy as listed below). Upon our receipt of the product(s), we shall immediately send you a replacement or issue you a refund.

Refunds will be issued in the same method as the order was paid.

Our Return Policy


 

What is your return policy?

SAMANTHA ROSE DESIGNS, INC. wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not entirely pleased with a product(s) you purchased solely on our website - www.samrose.com, simply return the product(s) within 30 days of receipt day.

The product(s) has to be properly repacked in its original packaging (pouch or box) to avoid damage during the transit. Please click on the following link RETURN FORM and print out the form. Kindly complete the form and include this with the product(s) to be returned or exchanged.

Upon our receipt of the product(s) in our warehouse, we will send you a confirmation email and will refund or will exchange the item within 3-5 business days. Please note that we are not responsible for any product(s) that has been damaged during shipment to us. Such product(s) may be refused or assessed a fee for the damage(s).

Please be aware, that the actual refund may only be reflected after 1 -2 credit card billing cycles.

Refunds will be issued in the same method as the order was paid.

Do you have an Exchange Policy?

At the moment, we are only able to exchange products of the same type that have been damaged during shipping. Please refer to our Return Policy and use the RETURN FORM indicated in this section.

How about Samantha Rose Designs Products purchased on special offers or deals on website other than our www.samrose.com website?

Items purchased from websites other than our www.samrose.com website may not be returned nor submitted for a refund. They may be exchanged for the exact same item, or in a different color, should other colors be available. This exchange should be done within 15 days of receipt of the item.

The item, on a case to case basis, may be exchanged for another item whose retail value is equivalent or lesser than the actual amount paid for, and not the special promotion value of the item.

About Our Newsletter

Samantha Rose Designs, Inc. provides as a service to customers the option to receive promotional emails 3 -4 times each year in form of a newsletter. Customers are given the opportunity to “Sign-off” or to discontinue receipt of the newsletter at any time by sending an email to service@samantharose.us with the subject “Sign-off newsletter”.

Use of Promotional Discounts

If you received a promotional code from Samantha Rose Designs, Inc., please enter the code at the beginning of your checkout process in the Promo Code box. The discount will be calculated during the check out process.
